My Yoga Background
I discovered yoga at the age of 13, drawing early inspiration from teachers like Shiva Rea whose creative and fluid approach ignited my passion for the practice. In 2017, I earned my 200-hour RYT certification with the Kula Collective, developing a creative teaching style supported by my decade-long journey with yoga philosophy and asana practice leading up to the training.
Over the years, my personal practice and teaching style have evolved alongside my own spiritual journey. My current approach emphasizes creative sequencing, detailed internal & energetic activations, fluid movement and transitions, precise alignment, and the interplay of strength and flexibility as the foundation of sustainable practice.
Creativity is at the heart of my sequencing, blending artistry with earth-rooted intention to inspire and challenge students in their practice. Whether guiding advanced asana exploration or grounding students in foundational poses and breath support, my goal is to foster a space for depth, growth, and self-expression.
